1. Shipping area
Garden is initially available for shipping within the United States. We may expand availability later.
2. Shipping timeframe
Orders normally ship within 30 days after order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated at checkout.
3. Fulfillment partner
Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, VR Expert, or another fulfillment provider designated by Mazer.
4. Delays
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and, where required, ask whether you agree to the delay or prefer to cancel for a refund of unshipped merchandise.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with the order.
6. Delivery issues
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or appears to have been misdelivered, contact Mazer support promptly. We may require photos, carrier documentation, or other information to investigate.
7. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply if a package must be rerouted, reshipped, or returned due to an incorrect address.
