Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Mazer Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Garden, the Garden website, purchases, support, and related services.

Mazer Inc. is a Delaware corporation with registered office c/o Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• contact information, such as name, email, phone number, and address,
• purchase and billing information,
• shipping information,
• subscription plan information,
• support requests and communications,
• device and technical information,
• IP address, browser, device type, and analytics data,
• activity and usage information within Garden,
• optional account information if you create an account,
• avatar or display-name information,
• voice, text, and interaction data processed transiently to provide speech, AI, moderation, and service functionality,
• recorded activity content when you choose to join an activity that is clearly identified as recorded.

3. AI, voice, and speech processing

Garden may use AI, speech recognition, and text-to-speech technologies. Service providers may include OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

Mazer does not intentionally record or store ordinary voice conversations or AI conversation transcripts in its own application logs, except where a specific activity clearly requires recording and you consent before joining.

To provide the service, voice, text, and interaction data may be processed transiently by service providers for speech recognition, AI responses, voice output, moderation, safety, and technical operation.

Mazer uses OpenAI API with store=false where supported. OpenAI may still process and retain certain data for abuse monitoring or legal/security purposes according to its own policies.

4. User-to-user voice communications

Garden allows adult users to communicate by voice in virtual spaces. We do not intentionally store transcripts of user-to-user voice conversations in ordinary sessions.

Moderators may join or observe live activities when needed for safety, support, rule enforcement, or service operation.

5. Recorded activities

Some activities may be recorded only with clear notice before you join. If you join a recorded activity, you consent to the recording of your voice, avatar, movements, interactions, and activity content.

Other participants may be able to access, download, and share recordings, depending on the activity. Do not join a recorded activity if you do not agree.

Recorded activity content is stored until deleted by the user or account deletion, unless longer retention is required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

6. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide Garden,
• process purchases and subscriptions,
• ship hardware,
• provide support,
• activate and operate the headset and app,
• enable social VR activities,
• provide AI and voice features,
• moderate activities and enforce rules,
• improve safety and technical reliability,
• send service communications,
• send marketing communications where permitted,
• analyze website performance and advertising effectiveness,
• comply with law.

7. Service providers

We may share information with service providers including:

• Stripe for payments and subscriptions,
• VR Expert for fulfillment and hardware warranty service,
• OpenAI for speech recognition and AI processing,
• ElevenLabs for text-to-speech,
• XR Wizards Sp. z o.o. for software development and technical operation,
• Google Analytics / GA4 for analytics,
• Meta Pixel, Instagram, and TikTok for advertising and measurement,
• hosting, analytics, email, support, and security providers,
• internal Mazer systems.

8. Advertising and tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, conversion tracking, and measurement. These may include Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok, and related advertising technologies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. No children

Garden is for adults 18 and older. It is not intended for children, and children may not use the service.

10. Family-managed accounts

If a purchaser or family member helps configure or manage Garden for another adult, they are responsible for ensuring that the actual user receives and agrees to applicable user terms, privacy notices, safety guidelines, and community rules before using the service.

11. Data retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and support security.

Recorded activity content may be retained until deleted by the user or account deletion, unless longer retention is required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

12. Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights where applicable. Contact privacy@entergarden.com.

13. California privacy rights

California residents may have additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
